Power to the Peaceful

Yeah, that's me and Michael Franti.  He played a free concert this morning near my office and I was so freaking excited to see him do his thing!  My boyfriend calls him "Giant Handsome Man", which cracks me up to no end (and which is very true)!

The band was fantastic and the crowd had a blast! 

This time last year I thought I was going to die. But today, as I danced in this insane NYC heat to one of my favorite musicians as I made my way to work, I had to shake my head in wonder at how much life can change and what a weird, wild journey it is from there to here.

I am in awe of the blessings in my life.  And so very grateful to be here to accept them.
